We’re so excited for you to receive your Mira pieces! Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (2–3 business days)
Please note: Shipping times may vary during launches, holidays, or restocks. Mira Loungewear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation with your store credit or exchange details.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Mira pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
- Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- How to Start: Email us at miraloungewear@gmail.com with your order number to begin a return or exchange.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All other returns are processed as store credit or exchange.
- Final Sale: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
