Refund Policy

At Mira Loungewear, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t fit quite right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please email miraloungewear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending it back.

  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available.
  • Store credit: Returns are typically processed as store credit in the form of a Mira gift card once your return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives in this condition, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellations or edits once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please reach out as soon as possible at miraloungewear@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
